Pupillage Vacancy Information
We are a progressive Family Law set with opportunities to develop and expand an existing civil work base. With an emphasis on client care and relationship building whilst delivering high quality legal services, we are looking for driven individuals who understand that fostering good relationships and success of the team are essential.
6 months shadowing 1 or 2 pupil supervisors with exposure to experience with all members of chambers, feedback from all members overseen by the supervisor and 6 months of being on your feet with support from a pupil supervisor.
Reasonable Travel and Associated Expenses are covered by Chambers.
The successful candidates will receive a Pupillage grant of £10,530 during their first six months and guaranteed earnings of £23,000 during their second six months (recent pupils have exceeded this figure).
Chambers has a policy of making reasonable adjustments in accordance with our constitution (a part of which is included below) during pupillage. Currently, the Pupillage and the Equality and Diversity Officers fulfil the role of Accessibility Officer and are involved in the recruitment process. The Pupillage Officers are Sara Rudman and Robert Donaldson and the EDO and DDO is Veronica Newman.

In addition to the standardised Bar Council questionnaire, candidates will be asked to respond to the following questions from Chambers:

2. What areas of practice are you interested in and why (250 words).
