Pupillage Vacancy Information
About Authorised Education and Training Organisation
Each pupillage will comprise 3 periods of 4 months with different supervisors. This will ensure that pupils have exposure to a range of the core areas of work done within Chambers. During the practicing period, it is anticipated that pupils will be in Court on their own account 2-3 days each week.
Financial and Other Support Available
Prospective pupils are permitted to draw down part of the pupillage award in advance of the commencement of pupillage.
Equality Diversity and Inclusion
Selborne Chambers is committed to the promotion of equality and diversity across all aspects of our practice. We therefore encourage and welcome applicants from under-represented groups at the Bar, including women, people from minority ethnic backgrounds, people with disabilities and LGBT+ people.
One of the criteria by which we assess written applications is he quality of the grammar and punctuation. We recognise that for certain persons, this may pose a problem. If so, please be sure to say so on the application.
